How long have you been with Eastern Sirens?
I’ve been at ES for about two years and I’ve really enjoyed it.
Before I started artistic swimming, I’ve done swimming, dancing and piano.
I still do them currently but I quit dancing at age 7.
Why did you join and what do you like about artistic swimming?
I joined because my mum searched up “Artistic Swimming” and it came up as Eastern Sirens.
After the first trial class, I thought that artistic swimming was fun and I made friends.
I also thought that I couldn’t do 50 meters swimming, but after the first trial class I could.
Also the teachers are brilliant!!
What has your journey been like so far? Have there been any challenges?
My journey of ES has been smooth with lots of fun and hard work.
My favourite, most memorable things are the 10th year anniversary, Showcases with my friends and my bestie watching me practice for a Showcase.
My challenges are the new moves we learn all the time and I overcame them with lots of practice and hard work.
What are you looking forward to this season?
I look forward to finishing my solo, presenting it at Nationals, Sydney and getting back into action at Aquanation for practice, practice, practice!!! 😊😊😊
