Eastern Sirens caters for swimmers in Melbourne's eastern and inner-city suburbs.
Based at Aquanation (the state diving centre) and more recently, Brunswick Baths, experienced coaches teach aquatic skills and develop routines with our swimmers.
Synchronized Swimming, also called Artistic Swimming, is an Olympic sport that combines elements of swimming, dance and gymnastics.
With a focus on strength, grace and flexibility this sport is perfect for enthusiastic swimmers.

Eastern Sirens is dedicated to making synchronised swimming more inclusive.
We have started with offering Adult Synchro classes as a pathway for swimmers to stay in sport past high school and also for those who just want to try something new and different.
Age is never a barrier in the low-impact sport of synchronised swimming!

Prateeti started synchro at age 10 after she got bored swimming laps.
She has competed for Australia at World Cup 2014 and at numerous National Competitions throughout her career. She currently still swims in our Masters squad.
Synchro has enabled her to perform at corporate events and private functions. She is determined to grow synchro in the state of Victoria and is currently Recreation Officer with Synchro Victoria.
Ruby started synchro at age 13 following many years of dance.
She competed at National Synchronized Swimming Competitions from 2009-2014.
Synchro has allowed her to perform at many corporate events and feature in promotional material for MIMCO, a music video for Owl Eyes and partake in an all night swim for WhiteNight Melbourne.
Ruby started coaching in 2015 to spread her love of the sport.
Barbara is an important mentor and advisor to this young club.
Barbara has been an important part of Victorian Synchro for decades. Barabara was the 2018 Whitehorse Volunteer of the Year.
She volunteers as treasurer for both Synchro Vic and Eastern Sirens.
Barbara is an official and ex-judge at local competitions and will assess our swimmers' progression in the Star program.
