Eastern Sirens is happy to announce our first-ever modified artistic swimming program for participants with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.

What you can expect:

• Shallow water modified program for confidence in the water.
• Learn basic artistic swimming skills and a fun routine.
• Coach in the water to guide participants.

When and where:

• Wednesdays 6:30-7:30pm, Aquahub, Croydon

Swimming pre-requisite to join:

• Comfortable with freestyle and back flutter (doesn't have to be perfect!).
