Did you ever dream of being Esther Williams? The Hollywood Mermaid who graced a thousand screens?

Now is your chance to take part in a modified artistic swimming program for Seniors.

Artistic swimming (Synchronised Swimming) is a low impact recreation activity that combines swimming, dance and music.

If you are comfortable with kicking and floating on your front and back, come try this shallow water program designed to teach the basics of artistic swimming.

We will build up your skills to create a short routine by the end of the 10 week program, there will be laughter, there will be music, and there may be a little bit of glam.

When/Where: Saturdays 2 - 3pm, Aquanation, Ringwood
From July 18 to Sept 19

Participants must be registered with Eastern Sirens as a "Community Outreach" swimmer. Register now here.

The cost for the full 10-week program is $22.04.

If you would like to try the program before committing, we are happy to offer your first class free of charge—just let us know.

We also want the program to be accessible to everyone. If the $22.04 fee presents a barrier to participation, please get in touch with us.
