Required for all 2024 - 2025 season Competition swimmers.

Parents/guardians and Non-Competitive swimmers welcome too.

• When: 9am - 12:30pm

We will answer your artistic swimming questions, go over the rules of our sport, explain how to read a scoresheet and so on. 

The workshop will be followed by an optional team lunch at Eastland (self-funded). 

After lunch, we will head to Aquanation to begin training and put what we learned to practise! We can organise a walking group from Eastland to Aquanation for any swimmers that require it.
