Swimmers will need a cap and goggles for the trial class. Nose clips can be purchased later if you decide to join.
Let reception know you are here for synchronised swimming and they will let you in to the pool area. On weeknights we meet by the lap pool at 6:30pm.

Try a Sirens Swim & Skills class for free and learn what synchronised swimming/artistic swimming is all about. Each class will begin with some lap swimming to warm up, before moving on to sport specific skills such as sculling and treading water.

- Step 3. Select one class to attend.
Minimum fitness requirements to try a class: Comfortable in deep water and able to swim around 1 lap of freestyle, 1 lap of breaststroke and 1 lap of backstroke - doesn’t have to be perfect!
Please contact us if you are unsure, we can assess swim fitness at the first trial class.
If you enjoy the free trial and decide to join, we will explain how to register and enrol. Fees for regular swimmers are in two parts: registration fee due once per year, and term fees due at the start of each term.
