Swimmers will need a cap and goggles for the trial class. Nose clips can be purchased later if you decide to join.
Let reception know you are here for synchronised swimming and they will let you in to the pool area. On weeknights we meet by the deep end of lap pool at 6:30pm. On weekends we meet by the dive pool at 3pm.

Try a Synchro Swim & Skills class for free and learn what synchronised swimming/artistic swimming is all about. Each class will begin with some lap swimming to warm up, before moving on to synchro specific skills such as sculling and treading water.

- Step 3. Select one class to attend. Swimmers are eligible for one free trial class per financial year.
Additional free trial classes (up to a maximum of five) can be arranged with permission from the club.
Minimum fitness requirements to try a class: Comfortable in deep water and able to swim around 25m or 1 lap of freestyle, 25m or 1 lap of breaststroke and 25m or 1 lap of backstroke - doesn’t have to be perfect!
Please contact us if you are unsure, we can assess swim fitness at the first trial class.
If you enjoy the free trial and decide to join, we will explain how to register and enrol. Fees for regular swimmers are in two parts: registration fee due once per year, and term fees due at the start of each term.
